Biography
Born in Voronezh in 2011, Vladimir Karyakin received his elementary music training at the Voronezh Children’s Arts School No. 7 (under Natalia Kreknina). Since 2020, she has been a student of the Central Music School and Academy of Performing Arts in Moscow (under Natalia Bogdanova). She is a scholarship holder of the New Names Foundation. In 2020, she received an award of the Government of Voronezh Oblast for special achievements in academic and creative activities.
Vladimir has held Grand-Prix of the International Online Piano Competition in Brussels (2023), International Online Piano Competition commemorating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sergei Rachmaninoff (2023), and International Online Piano Competition in Villahermosa (Mexico, 2022). He has won the Aleksandr Bakulov Nazib Zhiganov Competitions for Young Pianists (Novouralsk, 2021, and Kazan, 2021), Samary Savshinsky International Online Competition in St. Petersburg (2023) and Igor Stravinsky Music Competition (2023) and has received awards at the All-Russia Competition of the New Names Foundation Fellows in Moscow (2022), and the Fujairah International Piano Competition (UAE, 2023, 3rd prize), as well as a diploma of the International Competition of the Central Music School (2023).
Vladimir has participated in concerts of the Central Music School, the New Names Foundation and the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation, and has appeared with orchestras on numerous occasions.
