All finalists of the 2nd Grand Piano Competition have been awarded with special prizes. The participants have received:

- Certificates for participation in various projects of Denis Matsuev, Valery Gergiev, Alexander Sladkovsky, State Academic Orchestra “Evgeny Svetlanov”, and All-Russian Philharmonic Seasons Programme

- Special prizes from Moscow Central Music School and Valery Piassetski; from Helikon-Opera and Dmitry Bertman, State Academic Orchestra “Evgeny Svetlanov”, special prize from Yamaha Music and from International Pushkin Foundation;

- Certificates for participation in Verbier Festival Academy and Duszniki International Chopin Piano Festival

- Certificate from the Blue Bird Russian Young Talent Competition, for participation in Eurovision 2018 Young Musicians Competition in Edinburgh
